Your profile:
- Successful professional degree in architecture
- Strong understanding of building construction
- Already gained experience in the Swiss construction industry
- Good CAD skills
- Good knowledge of written and spoken German

Internship architect
As an architectural intern at umbaumanager.ch, you will have the unique opportunity to gain practical experience in a leading company in the construction industry. You will work closely with our team of architects and construction managers and assist them with the following tasks:
What are your tasks?
- Preparation and editing of architectural plans for reconstruction projects
- Support during the design phase and creation of concepts
- Participation in the preparation of cost estimates and analyses
- Carrying out site inspections and monitoring the progress of construction work
- Cooperation with external contractors, suppliers and authorities
- Management of projects in our digital platform
- Support in customer communication and consultation
What’s important to us:
- You have initial knowledge of CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, ArchiCAD) and ideally already have experience in creating architectural plans.
- You have a good spatial imagination and design skills.
- You have strong communication skills and can work effectively as part of a team.
- You have a good command of written and spoken German.
- You are motivated, willing to learn and have a passion for architecture and construction projects.

Internship Information Systems Specialist
As an intern in the field of business informatics, you will help to implement comprehensive projects in the area of platform development and sales. You are up close and personal when it comes to optimizing our systems and processes and expanding our innovative products. You prepare corresponding analyses and make clarifications with internal and external contacts. You also have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas. You can expect a varied job with a broad insight into the platform landscape and a lot of personal responsibility. You are up for a fast pace, feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment and enjoy pushing topics independently and building something together.
What are your tasks?
- Support of projects in the area of platform and business development
- Creation of requirements documents and coordination of the development
- Clarifications with internal and external stakeholders
